On the 13th of December 2003, the OS4 tour had hit the UK. The impact of the solid boing ball left an approximately 20 miles wide and 10 miles deep crater near the small town 'Bath'.
Several nearby visitors were slightly injured, no-one died.

"I saw this big boing ball falling off the sky", said one visitor who was rescued from underneath the shattered ball, "It was like in my wildest dreams". Strangely enough, it seems he was quite happy to have been hit by this massive ball.

The show was nonetheless a full success and is planned "to be repeated next year", said the organizer, "as long as the cleaning up of the suburbs and impact area can be completed until next year".

In one these kind of cataclysmic events, the dinosaurs died out. But the butterflies survived.

Nothing has changed. :)

Hey, next time don't use that much exclamation marks, will you?

    Dear Friends:

It has come to our attention that Mr. Bill Buck has made several statements about the on-going litigation between our firms. He has stated that he has won the case, and the we have agreed to port AmigaDE to Pegasos, as well as making certain claims that he has rights to our logos and trademarks.

The facts are that the legal process is continuing, we have not lost and we have not agreed to port AmigaDE to Pegasos.

The statements made are false and misleading. I should also like to remind the community, and those users of the Amiga Operating System, that the End User License Agreement clearly states that the license for use is only valid, on Amiga branded machines. Therefore if the Amiga operating system is being used on a non-Amiga branded machine the use would be prohibited.

We look forward to the release of Amiga OS 4.0, and we look forward to continuing our efforts moving forward.

    God bless,

    Bill McEwen
    President/CEO
    Amiga, Inc.

    Funny !!! Now...

    6) KimmoK: Any comments about the http://amigade.pegasosppc.com/ site ? Is there any sign of co-operation between Genesi & Amiga?

Fleecy: I cannot comment on anything that might have a bearing on ongoing litigation. Amiga is a company that has a set of products. If a third party wishes to make use of those products, we are always willing to talk and, if the co-operation can provide mutually beneficial returns beyond any opportunity cost then there should be no problem.
